    kapitan chicken and jiu huchar are dishes I like the most for nyonya food… yum yum..

    but i dun understand why they call it as jiu hu char but not mang kuang char…..

    Haha.. I reckon jiu hu is the most essential ingredients in this dish to give the flavour, hence it’s called Jiu Hu Char 🙂
