Roti Canai, Murtabak, Dalca and Samosa

October 15, 2008

Roti canai is a type of flatbread found in Malaysia. It is sold in Mamak stalls and it is identical to Singaporean roti prata. In English, roti canai is sometimes referred to as “flying bread,” a term that evokes the process of tossing and spinning by which it is made.
